Self-Esteem Training




What is the Self-Esteem Training?

This Self-Esteem Training is catered to middle grades and young adults (8-16 years in age) in weekly one - on- one zoom sessions over a course of 7 weeks (one - on- one in person training only available in London).

The goal of this training is to create self-love awareness, becoming more resilient and confident. In the training we will do a variety of exercises where we will be discussing tools to become the best version of ourself and how to deal with challenging situations.

  • One - on - One Weekly Zoom Sessions for 7 weeks

  • Duration: 45-60 minutes

Why is self-esteem and self-love important?

Through my target group research for my up and coming book about self-love, my background and experience as a Certified Life Coach and Certified Self - Esteem coach, I discovered that middle grades and young adults are the perfect target group for this topic of self-esteem and self-love.


This is because at that age they generally start to refine their personal identity. They become more aware of their surroundings and their progress is usually measured by their peers, which can lead to negative self-image and low self-esteem. Not to mentions dealing with the transition from Primary to Secondary School.


Practising self-esteem and self-love will not necessarily eliminate difficult moments but it does help to learn how to deal with them and how to become more resilient. This training also teaches the awareness that we are more in control of our thoughts and behaviours than we might think.

Weekly breakdown of the training.

Week 1: About the Trainee

  • Becoming aware of my identity

  • Who am I?

Week 2: Thoughts and Feelings

  • Learning the difference between thoughts and feelings

  • Learning that thoughts effect feelings

Week 3: Thoughts, Situations & Others

  • Where do thoughts come from?

  • Awareness that certain situations create certain thoughts

  • Learning about misinterpretation of other peoples thoughts

Week 4: S.M.A.R.T

  • What is S.M.A.R.T?

  • Situation, Mind, Attention to feelings, Reactions, The End Result

  • Learning that Situations creates thoughts. Thoughts create feeling. Feelings inspire reactions & behaviour. Reactions & Behaviour create The End Result or consequences.

Week 5: Helpful thoughts & Unhelpful thoughts

  • Learning to recognise helpful & unhelpful thoughts.

  • Learning to shift unhelpful thoughts into helpful thoughts.

Week 6: Working with S.M.A.R.T

  • Using S.M.A.R.T to shift negative situations and unhelpful thoughts into positive thoughts and positive reactions and behaviour.

Week 7: Positive personal qualities

  • Connecting the new way of thinking to the trainees identity.

  • Certificate of completion

About Cindy Belliot



Suriname, South America, is where my roots lay but I was born in The Netherlands and have been living in London since 2008.


My background as an international performer sparked my interest in spreading knowledge about the importance of practising self-esteem and self-love. As a performer I had to deal with constant auditions, rejections and the overall competitive world called showbiz. Consciously practising my self-esteem and self-love on a daily basis is what kept me focussed, confident and positive on this rollercoaster journey. 

Working with kids has always been a part of my journey as a performer. Teaching kids from the age of 2 was a requirement for my Bachelor in Dance Education and have been teaching dance and musical theatre to kids ever since. Not only do I get to teach kids about my field and passion as a performer, I also get to learn a lot from my young students in return. This makes teaching such a valuable exchange for both sides.

Through my writing, my ever growing 6k Instagram following, my Life Coaching and my Self-love Workshops I am passionately spreading this important message of self-esteem and self-love. 

Because of my own personal experiences and my experience as a Life Coach I truly believe that if everyone would consciously practise self-love and self-esteem daily, the energy in this world would be more in harmony. Therefore, my mission is to spread more awareness about the importance of practising self-love and self-esteem.
